The bed & breakfast is located in the exclusive, safe and residential area of Balduina, on a quiet tree-lined street.

Few blocks away from one of the biggest parks of Rome (Parco del Pineto), the B&B is at 10 minutes from the Vatican Museums and from St. Peter’s Basilica and it is close to all the main culturally and artistically interesting sites in the city such as Piazza di Spagna, the Colosseum, the Imperial Forum and Villa Borghese.

The B&B is also very close to the “Zodiaco”, a breath-taking, panoramic terrace overlooking the city, and to the astronomical observatory.

The “Appiano” Subway station is just across the street, as well as the #990 Bus Stop: in few minutes you can get to the city centre or to the Policlinico Gemelli - Università Cattolica.
